外教简介
Nick，来自格鲁吉亚。
2011年毕业于第比利斯国立大学经济学和商业学院，主修宏观经济学。
2015年进修硕士学位，主攻经济政策学。曾在多个国家担任教师，已有5年教学经验。
My name is Nick and I come from Georgia, a beautiful country on the crossroads of Europe and Asia, this is my third year of living in china, my previous work experience is linked to providing the ESL training in the international school and in the training center.Currently I teach Cambridge math program to the primary school students in Guangwai Foshan Foreign Language School.
我叫尼克，来自欧亚交界的美丽国度格鲁吉亚，这是我在中国生活的第三年，我拥有在培训机构和国际学校提供ESL和数学科目教学的经验，现在广外佛山外校小学部任教剑桥数学科目。
My method of teaching in the classroom includes visual and verbal explanation, every example done on the board has to be discussed by the student using the newly obtained English vocabulary from their current lesson, this way making them confident in their abilities and preparing for the real life challenges.
我最喜欢的课堂教学方式，是通过视觉和肢体语言生动形象地为学生呈现内容，例如在每一堂课的教学中，学生们都需要用到新掌握的英语词汇来进行自主讨论、回答老师的问题，这样有利于提高他们的自信心以应对未来生活中的挑战。
I believe practice makes us perfect plus classroom rules and discipline allow everyone to gain knowledge equally, basic mathematical education is the way of thinking and finding solutions to simple problems and the same time it’s a huge step towards the situation evaluation and decision making process in the future life.
我坚信熟能生巧，结合课堂的管理纪律，可以让每个学生得到公平的教育。数学是一门很好的学科，有利于培养学生们的逻辑思维，促进学生自主寻找解决问题的方法，锻炼学生自主决策、自主思考能力，培养他们的创新性思维，更好地面对未来。
Nick老师还充分利用各种各样的小道具、教学卡片等，以孩子能接受的程度，给孩子提供一个纯英文的教学环境，营造一种轻松有趣的课堂氛围，缓解孩子的紧张感，实现有效的外教课堂教学。
