《野狼disco》伴奏被曝未经授权？

近日，野狼disco伴奏原作者，芬兰音乐人ihaksi，在网上发声。宝石Gem的原创歌曲《野狼disco》中的伴奏beat部分（More Sun），并未取得该beat原作者ihaksi授权即将其用于商业用途。

All licenses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Master Use. The Licensor hereby grants to License a non-exclusive license (this "License) to record vocal synchronization to the Composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form ("Master Recording")

Mechanical Rights. Additionally licensor shall be permitted to distribute unlimited (unlimited) monetized audio streams to sites like Spotify, RDIO, Rhapsody, SoundCloud, Youtube, etc. Licensee is not allowed to redistributed nor resell the instrumental.

Performance Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the Master Recording in unlimited non-profit performances, shows, or concerts. Licensee may not receive compensation from performances with this license.

Synchronization Rights. The Licensor hereby grants rights for music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for unlimited video streams within the mechanical rights on all sites. A separate synchronization license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.

Broadcast Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee broadcasting rights up to Unlimited Radio Stations.

Licensee shall grant the Licensor the minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the publishing royalties as a composer of the Recording in case the Licensee will register their Recording to their local or any other Performance Rights Organization such as BMI, ASCAP, GEMA, MCSC etc. The licensor's IPI/CAE: 667408908

Credit. Licensee shall acknowledge the original authorship of the Composition appropriately and reasonably in all media and performance formats under the name "lhaksi” in writing where possible and vocally otherwise.

Consideration. In consideration for the rights granted under this agreement, Licensee shall pay to licensor the sum of $99 US dollars and other good and valuable consideration, payable to "Vilho lhaksi (lhaksi)", receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. If the Licensee fails to account to the Licensor, timely complete the payments provided for hereunder, or perform its other obligations hereunder, including having insufficient bank balance, the licensor shall have the right to terminate License upon written notice to the Licensee.
