生理与病理生理学系徐国恒实验室


徐国恒课题组成立于2003年,主要研究方向是脂肪分解及脂肪酸运动,目前实验室成员包括1名老师、7名学生。


一、导师简介

徐国恒教授,博士生导师。1987年毕业于河南医科大学临床医学系,1990年该校药理系硕士毕业,1995年于中山医科大学药理学系获博士学位,入北京医科大学神经科学中心做博士后。1997年底赴美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)儿童健康与人类发育研究所(NICHD) 和糖尿病消化和肾病研究所(NIDDK)做访问研究员。2003年回国于北京大学医学部生理系任教。回国后主要研究脂滴(Lipid Droplet)及脂滴包被蛋白调节,脂肪细胞的脂肪分解的生理病理和药物调节,脂肪代谢异常参与高血压、心肌肥厚发生的病理生理机制,脂肪的筋膜起源研究。承担973项目和国家重大科学研究计划。在J Cell Biol、J Biol Chem、Stem Cells等学术期刊发表SCI研究论文50余篇。
