Hello China 英文版《你好，中国》选取了100个代表中国传统文化精髓的汉语词汇，从不同侧面反映中国文化的博大精深。Batik, là rǎn, is a traditional painting and textile dyeing technique with a history of more than 2,000 years.
Bee's wax and indigo are two widely used dyes. A steel knife is used to draw patterns on the cloth. A piece of là rǎn is accomplished after spreading wax, painting, dyeing and washing the cloth.
The most interesting part is that various grains form along the cracks of the cloth after cooling. Different grains come from the same patterns: flowers, birds, fish, insects and geometrical patterns on the cloth look mysterious and unsophisticated.单词速记：
