大外企招聘蛋白化学科学家（senior or principal level）
The position combines hands-on bench work with the leadership of scientific projects and/or mentorship of research associates.
You will be a key member in our technology forum and reporting to head of Department. You are expected to be an expert in protein purification, characterization, and protein/peptide pre- formulation with great passion in science and discovery of new therapeutics for patients.

Key responsibilities
1. Spearhead development of protein-based drug discovery platforms for new MOAs, new molecular formats, and new drug delivery systems
2. Design and execute protein purification, characterization, and/or pre-formulation experiments
3. Provide protein chemistry expertise and input to projects and technology platforms
4. Development innovative therapeutic concepts, molecular formats, and drug delivery systems.
5. Highly independent scientist in bringing and evaluating ideas and may function as project leaders driving project progress through IN or internal global organization
6. May function as department representative in evaluating and establishing external collaborations in innovative discovery technologies
7. Scientific network with internal and external shareholders and stakeholders
Qualifications
1. A Ph.D. in biotechnology, biochemistry, biophysics or relevant disciplines
2. Demonstrated scientific creativity such as good track record of publication and/or proposing new hypothesis driven research project
3. Ability to influence, communicate and collaborate across a global organization
4. Profound expertise in scientific field and ability to apply skills to contribute to organization strategy
5. Industrial experience in an R&D organization (5+ years) within protein/peptide therapeutics and/or drug discovery is a plus
6. Knowledge and training in diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, NASH and other serious chronic disease areas are preferred
7. Background in organic chemistry, particularly medicinal chemistry is a plus
8. Knowledge and expertise in protein structural analysis, protein design and modelling is a plus
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English/Chinese
