公司背景：

由国内外合成生物学领军企业高管组成，核心成员平均拥有10年以上工业界经验，业务能力涵盖菌种工程、发酵和提取工艺、放大量产、市场等。团队合计拥有超过20个合成生物学产品从头研发的商业化经验，目前已完成过亿元的A轮融资。

1）Strain Engineer/Synthetic Biologist（博士，应届的也可以）

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments and work plan as required by project scope, milestones and timeline; develop and guide multiple lines of investigation

• Develop methods and tools related to strain engineering

• Applies metabolic engineering and synthetic biology principles to solve potential problems in the engineering of highly efficient microbial strains. May serve in a technical leadership capacity

• May manage associates and researchers. Responsible for their professional development

• Summarize and present results of project/lab activities at internal meetings or external conferences

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry or related fields

• Experience in yeast metabolic engineering or yeast genetics is preferred

• Knowledge in fermentation, downstream process as well as analytical chemistry is a plus

• Proven experiences in strain engineering as demonstrated by publications and previously completed projects and/or developed products

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication skill for technical alignment with internal/external project partners

2）分离纯化负责人

职责描述：

负责分离纯化团队的管理；

负责微生物发酵产品（小分子为主）分离纯化方法的开发；

负责发酵产物分离纯化工艺路线的中试及技术转移；

负责和相关部门（菌株构建，发酵，生产）沟通协调，优化分离纯化工艺

任职要求：

生物工程相关专业，硕士5年以上或博士2年以相关经验

有微生物发酵产物分离纯化的经验，如膜分离，离子交换层析等小分子分离技术；

能进行中英文文章的查询和阅读，英文理解能力强；

有团队管理经验；
