Carita Paradis，瑞典隆德大学教授，研究领域为认知语言学、语言交际等，主要研究语言动态交际中意义的表达与变化，擅长使用语料计算分析法和实验法等实证方法研究话语意义的动态构建。Carita Paradis教授担任多个语言学国际核心期刊编委，发表论文百余篇，出版专著与论文集十余部，是语言学领域的知名学者。她主持建设的伦敦—隆德英语口语语料库（LLC-2）收录了2014-2019年间丰富的英式英语口语素材，体现了在多种交际场合下的英语使用特点。

Carita Paradis is a professor of English Linguistics in Lund University, Sweden. Her research concerns the dynamics of meaning-making in human communication and is situated within the framework of Cognitive Linguistics. She uses different empirical methods – corpus and computational techniques as well as experimental techniques of different kind to contribute to a better understanding of dynamic meaning construction in discourse. As a well-known scholar in linguistics, Professor Carita Paradis serves on the editorial board of several international linguistic journals, and has published more than 100 papers and more than 10 monographs and collections of papers. The London-Lund Spoken English Corpus (LLC-2) is a collection of spoken language data of British English from 2014 to 2019, which reflects how English is used in a variety of communicative situations.
