Phishing Email Scams

钓鱼邮件，作为网络骗局的主要种类之一，指的是在日常工作中，你收到的一些欺诈性质的邮件。

Phishing email, as one of the main types of cyber scams, refers to the emails you receive in your daily work.

诈骗者通过发送给你附带链接的邮件，将你引到类似于你日常使用平台的虚假网站，以骗取你的邮箱和密码。

Fraudsters send fake emails to drive you to the fake websites similar to the platforms you use daily for getting your emails and passwords.

当然，现在出现了更多的诈骗方式。

Of course, more types of scams show up now. 

比如，他们发送虚假询盘，插入虚假链接或病毒附件到邮件。

For example, they insert fake links or virus files into the fake inquiry emails.

比如，他们假装社交平台推送消息，附带虚假链接。

For example, they pretend to be social platforms you use，pushing messages with fake links. 

比如，他们假装邮箱服务商，附带虚假链接。

For example, they pretend to be the mail service companies, pushing messages with fake links. 

比如，他们假装文件传输网站或快递公司，附带虚假追踪链接。

For example, they pretend to be the file-transfer websites or courier companies with fake tracking links.

比如，他们假装老客户，发给你打款水单或链接。

For example, they pretend to be the existing customers, sending you the fake bank slips or links.

比如，他们假装货代，发给你附带病毒的虚假草稿提单，让你确认。

For example, they pretend to be the shipping agent, sending you fake draft B/L with viruses for your confirmation.

当然，很多外贸业务都知道这个，所以我是写给新人的，以示警醒。

Of course, many salesmen know this. I just write this to the “freshmen” as an alert.

其实，想要避免在钓鱼邮件中中招，首先你应该看看发件人的邮箱地址。

In fact, to escape from the phishing email scams, you ought to look at the senders' email addresses.

有的时候，发件人的邮箱和平台不符。有的时候发件人的邮箱和收件人一样，（此处收件人不是你）

Sometimes, the email addresses from the senders do not match the platforms.

Sometimes, the receiver is the sender, not you.

附件是否有病毒，到底打不打开

其实，有时候看具体内容就可以断定不正常。

In fact,  you can confirm that it is abnormal, judging from the detailed content.

如果你收到来自某个网站或公司的电子邮件，催你提供邮箱密码，你则可能已经成为钓鱼欺诈的目标。

If you receive emails from a website or company urging you to provide email password, you might have been the target of the phishing scams.

非官方的发件人地址。

Unofficial senders' email addresses.

欺诈者一般使用免费的电子邮件帐户，并把自己的虚拟公司名字写进去。

比如：abvsmalltrading@hotmail.com

Fraudsters usually use free email accounts with company names in them (such as "abvsmalltrading@hotmail.com"). 

通常，骗子会要求你尽快行动，比如，请尽快检查附件，确认产品详情，我们会立即下单。

Urgent action is usually required by the fraudsters. For example, pls check the file attached ASAP to confirm the detailed specs of this product, we will give you orders immediately.

邮件中添加链接到虚假网站。

They use links to the fake websites in the emails.

要求你用公司邮箱和密码登录才可以进一步查看具体信息。

You are required to login in with your company email and password to further check more details.

通常骗子将邮件发给无数人，没有明确目标，所以邮件中一般没有你的名字。

The emails are not with your name as the fraudsters usually send the emails to thousands of people with no exact targets.
