Chinese government has taken important measures to facilitate the participation of foreign businessmen in the Canton Fair.

First, foreign businessmen invited to the Canton Fair can apply for visas from any Chinese embassy or consulate overseas now. And for special cases opened a green channel.

Family members of businessmen can accompany them on tourist visas during the fair.

Second, APEC Virtual Business Travel Card holders will be allowed to enter China from May 1.

In this way, people who already hold APEC card can enter China for business purposes without visa.

Third, Chinese embassies and consulates will issue free business visas to APEC Business travel card holders who come to China before May 1.

The move will provide further assistance to foreign merchants who want to participate in the Canton Fair.

Now, travelers from 34 countries can enter China without nucleic acid testing, which greatly reduces the burden of foreign businessmen coming to China and makes it easier for them to attend the Canton Fair.

 Schedule of the Exhibition 

Phase I

April 15-19, 2023

Focusing on electronic home appliances and machinery, the new industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing exhibition area, new energy and intelligent connected vehicles exhibition area will be studied.

Phase II

April 23-27, 2023

To daily consumption goods, gifts, home decoration mainly.

Phase III

May 1-5, 2023

Mainly textile clothing, shoes, office bags and leisure goods, medicine and medical care, food.

Renewal period

April 20-22, and April 28-30, 2023.

The online platform will be available for half a year (from March 16 to September 15, 2023).
