The first phase of the 133rd Canton Fair was launched smoothly! Today is the last day of Phase 1, and the Registration Centre is still full people. For those who did not get a buyers badge, please do not miss the Phase 1 and Phase3. In order for you to live up to this trip, Solutions has prepared the exhibition guide, looking forward to your arrival!

How to apply for a Buyers Badge?

Overseas Buyers:

① First Application

Method 1: Log in the Buyer e-Service platform /BEST platform of the official website of the Canton Fair (https://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/)

Select "Pre-registration" to apply for the first free multi-term Overseas Buyers Badge, please experience.

Method 2: At the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall or the designated hotel in Guangzhou, you can scan the QR code for pre-registration, obtain the barcode for pre-registration and then apply for the overseas Buyers Badge, which is convenient and quick.

② Change of Buyers Badge

The overseas Buyers Badge can be used for more than one term, and there is no need to apply for a new badge each time. If you need to change your badge for personal reasons, please scan the code at the registration site, get the pre-registration bar code, show the old Buyers Badge and personal passport valid overseas original, and change the Buyers Badge.

③ Reapply for Buyers Badge

If you forget to bring or lose the Buyers Badge, please scan the code at the registration site, get the pre-registration bar code, show your original valid passport overseas to replace the Buyers Badge.

Subway Guide:

Self-driving: 

During the fair, Guangzhou will suspend the "drive 4 days, stop 4 days" policy, and foreign license plates can be opened for up to 29 consecutive days (from April 11 to May 9).

The parking lot of the exhibition hall will not be open during the exhibition period. Please go to the nearby parking lot. It is recommended to choose public transport or take a taxi.
