If your passport is lost or stolen, the first thing you have to do is to report it to the closet police station where the loss or theft happened as soon as possible. you shall complete the following procedures:
Step 1: Obtain a “Receipt of Report” from the police station. The loss or theft of a foreign passport must first be reported to the police station closed to where the loss/theft occurred. A receipt will be issued by the Police Station.
Step 2: Obtain a “Comfirmation of Reporting the Loss of Passport” from local Exit and Entry Administration Department of Public Security Bureau.
