B人BEL & Upbeing are organizing Pyramid Impact Collective, a bilingual event focused on showcasing, discussing, and alleviating poverty in Shanghai. Poverty, as will become clear in this event, is the absence of choices, the inability to decide your life.

首页PIC大会将在12月2日在上海举办， PIC大会致力于为城市贫困寻找解决方案。 届时我们将邀请来自各个相关领域的学者和专家同我们一起探讨城市贫困， 同时每个参与者都可以为自己钟意的解决贫困的项目投票， 最终我们将选出一个项目给予长期支持。

SUPPORTING SOCIAL PROJECTS AND CONNECTING PEOPLE

支持社会创业项目，促进跨界交流

People are invited to submit a project which focuses on the alleviation of poverty in Shanghai. During the event, the pre-selected projects will be discussed by the audience. Feedback will be given and possible improvements suggested. The proceedings of the event will go to a project selected by the audience. 

PIC大会前期， 我们收到了许多关注城市贫困的社会创业家提交的扶贫计划和项目。 而在本次大会举行期间，观众将加入共创，帮五个参与决赛的项目提供建议和意见。最终有观众票选出一个项目进行后期长期的支持。 

People with different backgrounds will come together and discuss the eradication of poverty. Through the event people will have their views and assumptions challenged. We will create a network of people with different skills, who all aim at the alleviation of poverty.

来自不同背景的人们将聚集到一起讨论关于消灭贫困的问题。并通过本次大会， 从不同的角度了解并接受各方对项目的挑战。 我们将提供一个拥有不同技能的人群的网络， 共同致力于消除城市贫困。

Bernadette Verhaege is a visual artist. She will beleading a workshop in which you can experience poverty and express this feelingthrough painting.

Upbeing

Upbeing is an education social enterprise. We aim to help youth to discover and exploit their multifold talent and leadership while incubating their social innovation projects. We design and implement personalized project-based learning workshops, courses and longterm programs. While having fun and doing meaningful things our participants will find innovative solutions for social and environmental issues. As a result they will become more competent on the international stage and transform into a global change maker and slash!
