项目背景

PROJECT BACKGROUND

汇德里项目基地位于佛山市东部与广州市临近处的北滘新城，城央地段，总占地9.8万平，是岭南文化的发源地之一，也是岭南文化和广府文化的兴盛之地。周边中小学教育资源丰富，生活配套完善，且生活环境优越，紧邻地铁。

The Huideli project base is located in Beijiao New City, which is in the east of Foshan City and adjacent to Guangzhou City. The surrounding primary and secondary education resources are rich, the living facilities are complete, and the living environment is superior, and it is close to the subway.

DESIGN POSITIONING

考虑到项目周边居住的大部分是青少年群体为主的家庭客群，我们渴望充满活力趣味的开放空间；崇尚健康/绿色的生活方式；崇尚独特的城市个性，对文化有强烈认同感。打造以文化休闲、绿色健康为核心的有氧生活社区中心。

We desire open space full of vitality and fun; advocate healthy/green lifestyle; advocate unique urban personality and have a strong sense of cultural identity. Create an aerobic life community center with cultural leisure and green health as the core.

设计以“城市方舟 扬帆领潮”为主题，将示范区设计赋予浪潮、冲浪板等元素，试图通过打造活力主题形式，给予民众购物的同时，增添了有趣的场景体验。

The design is based on the theme of "City Ark, Sail Leading the Trend", and the demonstration area design is endowed with elements such as waves and surfboards, trying to create a dynamic theme form to give people shopping while adding interesting scene experience.

DESIGN CONTENT

城市方舟 · 扬帆领潮——走进岭南，与自然对话

设计理念为扬帆领潮。“潮”，一为浪潮，二为年轻化潮流元素。以现代潮流，年轻化，个性化为大背景，融入形象化浪潮元素，整个示范区可比做一艘巨船，异形座凳，花池就像大海里的浪花，灵动活泼，穿插着的儿童器械，当孩子们动起来的时候仿佛是鱼儿穿梭在大海之中。逛街休憩的时候，孩子们可以在游戏场地里玩耍互动，家长可以在旁边看护。

The design concept is to lead the trend of sailing. "Tide", one is a wave, and the other is a trendy element of youth. Taking modern trends, youth, and personalization as the background, and incorporating visual wave elements, the entire demonstration area can be compared to a giant ship, special-shaped benches, and flower ponds are like waves in the sea, lively and interspersed with children's equipment.

设计中另一亮点是提取岭南文化中极具特色的满洲窗的色彩构成，设计成错落组合的彩釉玻璃矮墙，又好似海洋中冲浪板的形态，为冗长的沿街界面增添一抹亮色。

Another highlight of the design is to extract the color composition of the Manchurian windows, which are very distinctive in the Lingnan culture, and design them into a staggered combination of colored glazed glass low walls, which are like the shape of a surfboard in the ocean, adding a bright color to the lengthy street interface.

本项目需要克服的最大难点在于，沿街商业红线内仅5m进深，而红线外10m进深的绿化带，既要解决高差、满足交通、达到70%以上绿地率，又要展现项目特色和活力。

The biggest difficulty that this project needs to overcome is that the green belt is only 5m deep within the commercial red line along the street, and the green belt with a depth of 10m outside the red line must not only solve the height difference, meet the traffic requirements, and achieve a green space rate of more than 70%, but also show the characteristics and vitality of the project.

分区设计

PART DESIGN

依照使用性质将整个场地进行区域划分成三个节点，分别是主入口广场、商业体验区，林荫停车场。

According to the nature of use, the entire area is divided into the main entrance square, the commercial experience area, and the tree-lined parking lot.

主入口广场位于场地西南角，以绿色的波浪为昭示性界面，宽敞的场地也为举办商业活动预留了足够的空间

The main entrance plaza is located at the southwest corner of the site, with a green wave as a clear interface, and the spacious site also reserves enough space for  activities.

商业体验区是示范区的核心区域，提取海浪的线条，打造一个富有亮点的娱乐空间，在孩子“探索海洋奥秘”的同时也为家长提供休息的空间

The commercial experience area is the core area of the demonstration area, extracting the lines of the waves to create a bright entertainment space, providing parents with a space to rest while children "explore the mysteries of the ocean"

商业体验区构成了整个商业休闲的展示界面，统一的语言和元素贯穿始终，结合特色植物搭配。

The commercial experience area constitutes the display interface of the entire commercial leisure, with a unified language and elements throughout, combined with the matching of characteristic plants.

▼ 林荫停车场 SHADED PARKING LOT

林荫停车场主要满足顾客的停车需求，与中心游乐区和售楼处相连接，同时满足大人和小孩的需求，逗留的同时满足各自的需求

The tree-shaded parking lot mainly meets the parking needs of customers, is connected to the central play area and the sales office, and meets the needs of adults and children at the same time.
