Announcement of The 11^th&12^th International Conference on the New Haven School of Jurisprudence

第十一届和第十二届纽黑文学派国际学会会议由浙江大学国际战略与法律研究院、浙江大学光华法学院和杜兰大学法学院联合主办，此次会议将于10月29日至30日在杭州举办，本次会议采取线上和线下互动及平行会议模式。会议邀请了来自中国（含香港地区）、俄罗斯、马来西亚、德国、美国、日本、泰国、新加坡、意大利、印度、法国、瑞士、澳大利亚、匈牙利等国家学者、律师等实务届专家参加，旨在对纽黑文学派与当代国际法前沿和热点问题展开深入交流和讨论。

The 11^th and 12^th International Conferences on the New HAVEN School of Jurisprudence, which are co-sponsored by Zhejiang University Academy of International Strategy and Law, Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School and Tulane Law School, will be held from October 29th to 30th in Hangzhou in the combined form of synchronized live conferences, online and offline. Scholars, lawyers and other experts from China (including Hong Kong), Russia, Malaysia, Austria, Germany, the United States, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Italy, India, France, Switzerland, Australia, Hungary and other countries are invited to attend, with the aim to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on frontier and hotspot issues of the New HAVEN School of Jurisprudence and contemporary international law.

简介

INTRODUCTION

纽黑文学派，又名“政策导向学派”，形成于二战后，是由耶鲁大学法学教授麦克道格尔和政治学教授拉斯韦尔共同创立。该学派主张用社会学、政策科学、人类学、国际关系与政治学等的多学科交叉研究方法来分析国际规则和国际法，对国际法在权力斗争背景下取得更大的影响空间发挥了决定性作用，在当今国际法学界影响巨大。

首届纽黑文学派国际学术会议于2009年召开，旨在促进国内外纽黑文学派的最新研究和交流，加强前沿学科间的交叉和渗透，尤其是推进国际法、国际政治、国际经济、国际关系等领域的学者相互了解和联系。该系列年会由美国耶鲁大学法学院Michael Reisman教授和浙江大学文科资深教授王贵国老师担任大会联合主席，迄今已在香港、杭州、德清等地成功举办了10届。

The New HAVEN School of Jurisprudence, otherwise known as the "Policy-oriented School”, was founded jointly by Yale University law Professor Myres S. McDougal and political science Professor Harold D. Lasswell after the World War II. This school advocates the use of multidisciplinary research methods such as sociology, policy science, anthropology and international relations and political science to analyze international rules and laws, plays a decisive role in gaining greater influence space for international laws in the context of power struggles and produces a huge impact in today's international law circles.
