卓越法务与合规精英班是由上海法嘉教育科技有限公司主办的旨在促成中国法务及合规人才的全方面成长的赋能项目。

培训费用

培训费用为29,800元人民币/人。

费用包括培训期间的授课费用,教材讲义费用,教室和设施费用,午餐费用以及活动费用。不包括交通住宿费用或其他个人开支。

另外,依学员申请,根据学员所提供的申请文章质量以及课堂表现等经综合评定后将颁发一定数量的奖学金。(奖学金具体安排请咨询法嘉小助手)

授课导师介绍


高女士

知名美企中国有限公司大中华区知识产权部门负责人,兼任大中华区消费品事业部法务总监。她领导的团队包括专利律师、专利工程师和商标律师,负责知名美企在中国大陆、香港和台湾的知识产权申请、运用和保护工作。她在知识产权领域有超过18年的经验。在加入知名美企之前,曾在上海市知识产权局任职,后加入一家知名律师事务所担任诉讼律师以及一家跨国公司担任知识产权总监。她于2003年获得律师资格,于2004年获得专利代理人资格。


郭建

复旦大学法学院教授、博士生导师,中国法律史学会理事。主要研究领域为中国法制史。主要论著有《中国购产法史》《中华文化通志-法律志》《典权制度源流考》等。


郭小舟

塞拉尼斯公司亚太区总法律顾问,分别于复旦大学和哥伦比亚大学获得法学学士和法学硕士学位,拥有中国和美国纽约州律师资格。擅长处理合资、跨境并购交易及公司业务。


胡震远

方达律师事务所合伙人。胡博士擅长争议解决,尤其是知识产权法、竞争法、反垄断法、金融法及其交叉领域的复杂纠纷解决,对民事诉讼实务有着丰富的经验和深刻的洞察。他曾在中级法院工作20年,先后担任知识产权审判庭和金融审判庭副庭长。他处理过一批有影响的案例,并曾两次参与最高人民法院的课题研究,为相关司法解释的起草提供智力支持。他还兼任世界知识产权组织、上海经贸商事调解中心调解员,上海仲裁委员会仲裁员。


黄英 

Gap Inc., 副总裁,亚洲区总法律顾问,负责公司大中华区及日本所有零售业务相关的法务及合规事宜、以及亚太区供应链及仓储物流相关的合同事宜。拥有中国律师资格及美国纽约州律师执业资格。近三十年工作经验包括了十六年知名跨国公司法务、八年律师事务所经验,及早年的电脑程序编程工作。擅长谈判、纠纷处理、团队培训、教练及商业法务管理人才的领导力发展。


刘芹

GLOBALFOUNDRIES法务总监,负责公司中国区的所有法务与合规事宜并担任公司在中国的合资公司的董事会秘书。曾于通用电气工作八年担任了数个不同的法务合规职务。更早之前,在中国人民解放军服役十年,以上尉军衔退役。持有北京大学的刑法学硕士学位和耶鲁大学法学硕士学位。

 

沈奕斐

复旦大学社会发展与公共政策学院社会学系副教授,复旦大学家庭发展研究中心主任,复旦大学2011年十大“学生心目中的好老师”

沈悦志

资深总法律顾问,拥有逾二十年的跨国公司法律事务管理经验,现任德国汉高集团北亚区(大中华区、韩国和日本)总法律顾问,德国汉高集团大中华区执行委员会委员。擅长解决公司实际问题,且在合规前提下最大化公司与客户的商业利益;Thomas Reuters首届中国最佳总法律顾问,钱伯斯“大中华区最具影响力的总法律顾问;并于LexisNexis律商联讯开设“总法悦法”专栏。


王德峰

现为复旦大学哲学学院教授、博士生导师,哲学博士。主要研究方向为马克思主义哲学的当代意义及当代艺术哲学。

自在复旦大学任教以来,在哲学系哲学专业先后讲授“马克思主义哲学史”、“马克思恩格斯早期哲学著作选读”、“美学原理”、“哲学导论”、“艺术哲学”等本科课程。在复旦大学哲学学院马克思主义哲学学科点上讲授“《德意志意识形态》研究”、“《关于费尔巴哈的提纲》研究”、“马克思主义哲学前沿问题研究”等研究生课程。

熊浩

Program Introduction

The Excellent Corporate Counsel and Compliance Elite Program (the “Program”) is an empowerment program organized by Shanghai LAWPLUS Education Technology Co., Ltd with an aim of further nurturing the comprehensive development of corporate counsels and compliance elites in China. 

Based on the excellent interdisciplinary education resources and through the interdisciplinary and interactive education program provided by senior CLOs, top compliance officers, outstanding business leaders and experts from public security, judicial system and other functional agencies, the Program intends to systematically develop the leading corporate legal and compliance talents featuring with forward-looking insights, excellent practicability, combined legal and commercial capabilities and integrated Chinese and Western knowledge.

Targeted Participants

The targeted participants of the Program covering corporate counsels, compliance officers and business managers at different stages of their careers. The participants meeting the following conditions will be enrolled:

  • Applicants with at least 5 years of experience (including but not limited to the practice beyond corporate counsel and compliance field);

  • Willingness and potential of improvement;

  • Innovative thinking and open-minded;

  • The awareness of social responsibilities and positive values.

  • Comprehensive empowerment through three major modules

    Supported by the three major modules of core curriculum, shared progression and extracurricular exploration, the Program reshapes the knowledge domain, legal and commercial wisdom and multi-dimensional thinking of participants through interlinked and complementary curriculum, and overturns the current situation of dependence on own understanding, private advices and introspection in development of corporate counsels and compliance elites in combination with the “four-capability” model and the situational 3C teaching method.

  • Building the 4 capabilities through the innovative 3C method

    3C teaching – Based on the Concept (reshaping the concept) – Conversation (in-depth and practical conversation between teachers and participants) – Change (feasible changes and innovations) method, comprehensively empower and accelerate the development of corporate counsels and compliance elites.

    Building the 4 capabilities Excellent leadership; outstanding professionalism; communication and coordination; and strategic competition, which are all necessary capabilities of corporate counsels and compliance elites.

    Overturn the current situation of only theories offered in schools and only individual cases offered in practice, and enrich the knowledge, deepen the understanding and implement the actions through innovative education concept and systematic curriculum study.

It will cover key basic knowledge and foresights into industrial innovation in the fields of business, technology, philosophy, art, and humanities, which help participants to enrich their common knowledge, acquire some foresights into the future and broaden their horizons.

This module as an extension of training includes:

  • Chinese Wisdom and Contemporary Society

  • Discussion on the balance between work and life

  • Exploration of the traces of law in the city

Extracurricular exploration


Through visits to large-scale well-known Chinese-funded and foreign-funded companies, top legal and commercial organizations and relevant government departments, to help participants acquire a close-up understanding of actual operation, develop a relationship network, and explore development trends.

The extracurricular exploration includes:

  • Advices from senior legal and commercial professionals for individual development, career development planning and expansion

  • Seminars on legal affairs and compliance

  • Dinner of top legal and commercial professionals

  • Visits to the headquarters of well-known companies

  • Club of corporate counsels and compliance elites under the invitation system

  • Free access to cutting-edge AI tools

Duration and Venue


The Program will last 6.5 days (from November 28, 2020 to January 16, 2021).

Venue: Shanghai Office of Fangda Partners.

The schedule is as follows:

A free visit to the headquarter of Ant Group on Xixi Road (including accommodation and dinner) will be provided upon completion of the Program.

Training Expenses

The course tuition is RMB29,800 per person.

These expenses will cover course fees, teaching material charges, classroom and facility rental charges, lunch fees and activity expenses but exclude carfares, accommodation fees, or other personal expenses.

Introduction of Instructors


Ms Gao

Ms Gao is IP head of a famous American enterprise for Greater China Area & area General Counsel for BG GCA, heading up a team of patent counsels and trademark professionals.

Prior to joining this famous American enterprise, she led Adidas’ IP Team in China, working closely with its global IP team to align IP strategies, protect and enforce Adidas’ IP rights in China. She was a litigator at Rouse & Co. International in Shanghai where she represented multinational companies on enforcing its IP rights in trade secrets, trademarks and patents. Prior to joining Rouse, she was an official at the Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, a division of former State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO).  She was duly qualified as attorney -at-law (2003) and patent attorney (2004).

 

Guo Jian

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Fudan University Law School and Director of China Institute of Legal History. His main research area is the Chinese legal history and his important publications include “Chinese Purchase Law History”, “Chinese Culture Annals – Law” and “Study on the Origin of Pawning System”, etc.

   

Guo Xiaozhou

General Counsel, Asia at Celanese; bachelor’s degree in Law from Fudan University and a master’s degree in Law from Columbia University; qualified as a lawyer in both China and New York State; well-versed in handling legal affairs concerning ventures, cross-border M&A and corporate business.

   

Hu Zhenyuan

A Partner of Fangda Partners. Doctor Hu excels in dispute resolution, especially those complex disputes concerning the intellectual property law, competition law, antitrust law, financial law and their intersecting fields. With rich experience and deep insights into civil litigation practice, he worked in an intermediate court first as the Deputy Presiding Judge of the Intellectual Property Tribunal and then as the Deputy Presiding Judge of the Financial Tribunal for 20 years, during which he handled a number of influential cases and twice engaged in research subjects of the Supreme People’s Court, providing intellectual support for the drafting of judicial interpretation. He is also a mediator of the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Shanghai Commercial Mediation Center, and an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.

 

Yvonne Huang

Vice President and General Counsel for Asia at Gap Inc.; responsible for all legal and compliance affairs related to the company’s retail business in Greater China and Japan, as well as contract affairs related to supply chain and warehousing and logistics in the Asia Pacific region; qualified as a lawyer in both China and New York State, nearly 30 years of experience including 16 years as a corporate counsel in a well-known multinational company, 8 years of experience in law firms, and early experience in computer programming; good at negotiation, dispute resolution, team training, mentorship and leadership development of business counsels.

 

Liu Qin   

CLO of GLOBALFOUNDRIES responsible for all legal and compliance affairs in China and the Secretary of the Board of the joint venture company in China. She had worked in different legal and compliance positions in GE for 8 years. Before that, she had been in the PLA for 10 years, and retired as a lieutenant. She has the degrees of LL.M in Peking University and Yale University.

 

Shen Yifei

Associate Professor of The Department of Sociology, Fudan University,  Director of the Fudan Centre for Family Studies, Fudan University's Top Ten "Good Teachers in the Eyes of Students" in 2011, Vice President of Shanghai Society of Marriage and Family Studies ,Vice Chairman of the Sociology Professional Committee of the Chinese Sociologist Family

Victor Shen 

Senior General Counsel with 20 years of experience in legal affairs of multinational companies. He is now the General Counsel of Henkel North Asia (Greater China, Korea and Japan) and a Member of Executive Committee of Henkel China. He is good at solving practical problems of companies, and maximizing the benefits of companies and clients under the premise of compliance. He is the Best General Counsel in China awarded by Thomas Reuters and the Most Influential General Counsel in China awarded by Chambers. He also has a special column in LexisNexis.


Wang Defeng

Professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Philosophy Fudan University,PhD in Philosophy. The main research direction is the contemporary significance of Marxist philosophy and contemporary art philosophy.

Since teaching at Fudan University, he has taught "History of Marxist Philosophy", "Selected Readings of Early Philosophical Works by Marx and Engels", "Aesthetic Principles", "Introduction to Philosophy", "Philosophy of Art" and other undergraduate courses in the Philosophy Department. In the School of Philosophy, Fudan University, he teaches graduate courses such as "Research on German Ideology", "Research on Feuerbach's Outline", and "Research on Frontier Issues of Marxist Philosophy".

He has published two philosophy monographs, two textbooks, two translation works, and more than 30 academic papers.

 

Wang Mingliang

Professor and doctoral supervisor of Fudan University Law School. Enrolled in the New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education in 2013. Doctor of Law of Peking University, Postdoctoral of Law of Renmin University of China, and visiting scholar of University of Washington. Research direction: crime governance, criminal trial, corruption governance, economic crime.

 

Xiong Hao

Associate Professor of Fudan Law School, LL.B, LL.M and J.S.D. of East China University of Political Science and Law, University of Melbourne and University of Hong Kong. He is the champion in Episode III and Episode IV of “I’m a Speaker” and a debater in the Hit Talk Show “U CAN U BIBI”. His main research area includes the non-litigation settlement of disputes (negotiation, intermediation and arbitration) and training, legal experience and interdisciplinary study.

 

Xu Duoqi

Professor and doctoral supervisor of Fudan University Law School. Engaged in research on fiscal and taxation law, financial technology and financial regulatory law, she has visited and taught at Harvard University, New York University, Duke University, Southwest Wales University, National Taiwan University and other universities.


Sunny Yi

Vice President, General Counsel and CLO of Adidas China and Asia Pacific. She graduated from Fudan University Law School and Olin Business School, UWSL with the degrees of LL. B and MBA. During her career of more than 20 years, she had ever been the attorney, partner, HR director, general counsel and compliance officer in renowned domestic and foreign law firms and multinational enterprises. He had been awarded the Best General Counsel in China by Thomas Reuters for several times.
