中英对照 | 《民法典》英文译本全网首发！

十三届全国人大三次会议5月28日表决通过了《中华人民共和国民法典》，自2021年1月1日起施行。民法典成为新中国成立以来第一部以“法典”命名的法律，中国开启了“民法典时代”。7编加附则、84章、1260款条文、总字数逾10万……民法典是我国条文数最多的一部法律。


“北大法宝”专业翻译团队从2019年12月民法典（草案）（征求意见稿）公布后立即开展翻译工作。根据2020年5月22日《民法典（草案）》上会稿同步进行翻译调整。随着2020年6月1日新华社播发民法典正式版，翻译团队连夜翻译、修改校对，完成了《中华人民共和国民法典》正式版全文翻译稿。为了让读者尽早看到民法典英文版，现第一时间推出。此稿尚在完善，最终版将于6月8日正式上线，欢迎登录北大法宝英文译本库进行查阅！

《中华人民共和国民法典》已由中华人民共和国第十三届全国人民代表大会第三次会议于2020年5月28日通过，现予公布，自2021年1月1日起施行。
The Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, as adopted at the 3rd Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on May 28, 2020, is hereby issued and shall come into force on January 1, 2021.
