受聘仪式上，京师律师事务所宣布京师全球律师联盟正式成立。
京师全球律师联盟是京师全球化战略的关键一步。京师全球律师联盟拥有国际化的精英律师团队，可以在国内外法律相关以及跨领域的业务方面为京师现有以及将来的客户提供最高质量的法律服务。
京师全球律师联盟的成员将包括京师国内和海外的律师，以及京师品牌附属下的其他律师。录入考虑的标准包括：双语能力、海外留学经历、涉外法律培训、多年的执业经验、国际化的专业或者业务经验、之前相关的专业表现、客户范围以及业务关系和来源、整体的专业声誉等多个标准。京师全球律师联盟创始成员的报名通道将于2020年2月底截止。
京师希望两到三年内，通过京师全球律师联盟将体系内的国际化精英律师人数增加到京师总律师人数的10%。这些律师可以熟练运用外语，并结合不同领域的法律知识有效的处理法律相关事务，为国内外客户提供最高质量的法律服务和咨询意见。
每位有兴趣做国际法律相关业务的京师律师，京师全球律师联盟为大家提供机会接受涉外法律培训以及外语培训。所有京师律师和海外京师律师，京师附属机构内的人员都可以自行决定是否参加。所有对京师全球律师联盟感兴趣的律师都可以联系李勤女士，邮箱为：info@jingshgloballawyers.com.

JGL is a key element of the Jingsh Law Firm globalization strategy. JGL provides Jingsh existing and future clients with a group of international caliber lawyers to provide the highest quality of legal services and advice on inbound and outbound China related and other cross-border matters. Members of JGL will include Jingsh domestic lawyers and global Jingsh lawyers and Jingsh-branded affiliates. Criteria to be considered for admission will include, bilingual capability, overseas educational experience, foreign legal training, years of professional experience, international professional or business experience, past professional performance, scope and nature of client and business relationships or sources, and overall professional reputation. JGL will keep open the founding member admission process through the end of February 2020. Through JGL, Jingsh Law Firm expects to increase over a 2 – 3 year period the number of international caliber Jingsh lawyers to a minimum of 10% of the total number of Jingsh lawyers who can skillfully use foreign languages combined with legal knowledge of different jurisdictions to effectively and efficiently handle foreign-related legal matters with the highest quality of legal services and advice on inbound and outbound China related and other cross-border matters. Jingsh Law Firm also announced the simultaneous formation of Jingsh Global Lawyers Association (“JGLA”). JGLA will provide any Jingsh lawyer with an interest in international law the opportunity to receive foreign legal training and foreign language training to accelerate their professional development and business development skills. Admission is optional at the discretion of all Jingsh lawyers and global Jingsh lawyers and Jingsh-branded affiliates. JGL is being headed by Jeffrey A. Rinde, Chairman and Li Qin, JGL Management Committee.
