“创业春天，一起盛开”国际创客港社群酒会圆满落幕
2021年3月18日，由杭州未来科技城国际创客港（简称国际创客港）、G5创新投资、胡同学校共同主办的“创业春天，一起盛开”国际创客港社群酒会在杭州未来科技城国际创客港圆满落幕。
On March 18th 2021, “Businesses Blooming Together”, a social cocktail party held by the Global Startup Hub, G5 Capital and Hutong School had successfully concluded at Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City.
More than 40 foreign entrepreneurs and overseas returnees gathered together conducting deep discussions about entrepreneurship challenges and innovation during the pandemic, the biggest challenges and most needed support starting up in China. Sharing future prospects for this year with each other brought up an exchange of innovative ideas sparking a vibrant evening.
The entire cocktail party lasted more than two hours. Through a series of ice breakers, self-initiated discussions and sharing of each others’ journeys, the connection and understanding between the entrepreneurs were deepened. It also fully showcased the different dimensions of opinions between different entrepreneurs as well as the exhilarating life experiences.
At the beginning of the party, the sponsor of the event briefly introduced the functions and attributes of Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City as well as Global Startup Hub which are important platforms for bringing overseas talent to Zhejiang.
Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City, under the immense support of Provincial, City and District levels of government, persists in the mission of creating the best service and best environment to lead the city’s globalization and to build an international innovation ecosystem.
Global Startup Hub serves foreign projects and supports global startup incubation and ecosystems, allowing startups to grow securely and efficiently. At the same time, Global Startup Hub provides a one stop service to global talents interested in entering the Chinese market and those interested in the Chinese business environment.
The light and leisurely ice breaker games allowed the global entrepreneurs at the scene to understand the motivation for their startups, their startup idols as well as their casual life. One example was: What was their favorite wine?
This improved their understanding of each other and hyped up the entire atmosphere for the party.
Next was the free discussion segment. While enjoying beautiful wine and foods, the guests gathered in groups of twos and threes and socialized. They got to know each other better and built a foundation for potential future collaborations. The atmosphere was harmonious yet enthusiastic.
At the final stage of the event, there was even a lottery draw. The gifts were small, but they contained the hope Global Startup Hub had for the global entrepreneurs at the scene.
Hangzhou is renowned as the city for entrepreneurship and innovative vitality. It is heaven for entrepreneurs. In order to push for the establishment of the Hangzhou International City and better attract global talents to startup in Hangzhou, the Future Sci-Tech City committee established Global Startup Hub which is dedicated to serving foreign projects.

GSH is directed by the Future Sci-Tech City committee and is operated by G5 Capital. Since opening on 6th of September 2019, GSH has provided incubation and ecosystem support for global entrepreneurs, allowing startups to grow securely and effectively.
Global Startup Hub is located in Zhejiang Overseas High-Level Talents Innovation Park. It totals an area of 1200 square meters and has more than 60 workstations and three multi-purpose meeting rooms.
