Firstly, thank you for your trust and kind support since the cooperation for [full name of the project] (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) is established between us.

我们非常遗憾，但不得不告知贵司，自2020年【 】月【 】日开始，一种称作2019新型冠状病毒的流行病（以下简称“2019新冠病毒疫情”）自中国湖北省省会武汉市爆发，目前已蔓延至中国全国范围，且于2020年1月30日被世界卫生组织认定为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件。由于我们为本项目实施而采购的【设备/材料名称】是从中国采购的，以及员工劳务是从中国招聘和动员的，上述设备材料的生产、运输和/或出口清关以及人员劳务的招聘和动员，自【  】年【 】月【 】日起遭到了2019新冠病毒疫情的实质影响。

We are so regret, but have to inform you that, since [month/day, 2020], an epidemics called 2019-nCoV acute respiratory disease ( hereinafter referred to as “2019-nCoV Event”) occurs from Wuhan city, the capital of Hubei Province, P.R. China, and currently spreads national-wide in P.R. China, which has further been identified as a public health emergency of international concern by the World Health Organization (WHO) on January 30, 2020. Since the [   ] equipment and [  ] materials are procured, and/or the labors are employed and mobilized for the Project from P.R. China, the manufacture, transportation and/or exporting custom clearance of the said equipment and materials, and/or the employment and/or the mobilization of the labors for the Project are materially affected since [month/day/year] by the 2019-nCoV Event.

根据本项目【合同全称】（以下简称“合同”）第【  】条的规定，2019新冠病毒疫情须认定为不可抗力事件，所以我们给贵司发送这份不可抗力通知。我们将在可能的情况下尽快收集2019新冠病毒疫情发生证据及其对我们的影响的具体材料并提供给贵司。

According to Article [  ] of the [full name of the contract] (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) for the Project, the 2019-nCoV Event is to be regarded as a force majeure event, so this notification is sent to you as a notification for force majeure event. We will collect, as practical as possible, the proofs for the occurrence of the 2019-nCoV Event and the particulars for its influence on us and then provide them to you.

鉴于2019新冠病毒疫情是一个持续性事件，目前我们尚不确定其会持续多久，以及何时结束。我们后续将隔一段时间向贵司继续报送我们受影响的情况。同时，一旦2019新冠病毒疫情结束，以及我们恢复了合同履行的能力，我们也将迅速告知贵司。

Since the 2019-nCoV Event is a lasting event, we are not sure currently how long it will last and when it will come to its end. We will subsequently let you know the situation of the 2019-nCoV Event and its influence on us after an interval. Meanwhile, once the 2019-nCoV Event comes to its end, and our ability for the performance of the Contract is resumed, we will also let you know quickly.

目前，我们正在认真策划减轻2019新冠病毒疫情影响的计划和措施。一伺我们完成该计划和措施的制定，我们将会提交给贵司并与贵司商讨。我们将尽可能快地完成这些计划和措施的制定。

Currently, we are diligently scheming the plans and measures on how to mitigate the effect of the 2019-nCoV Event on the execution of the Project. Once such plans and measures are determined, we will provide them to and discuss with you. We will finalize the said plans and measures as practical as we can.
