At the invitation of Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev of the Russian Federation will pay an official visit to China from October 31 to November 2. Premier Li Keqiang will co-chair with Prime Minister Medvedev the 22nd Regular Meeting between Chinese Premier and Russian Prime Minister.

访问期间，习近平主席将会见梅德韦杰夫总理。李克强总理将与梅德韦杰夫总理举行中俄总理第二十二次定期会晤，并共同出席中俄媒体交流年闭幕式。张德江委员长将会见梅德韦杰夫总理。

During Prime Minister Medvedev's stay in China, President Xi Jinping will meet with him. Premier Li Keqiang and Prime Minister Medvedev will co-chair the 22nd Regular Meeting between Chinese Premier and Russian Prime Minister in Beijing and attend the closing ceremony of the China-Russia Media Exchange Year. The mechanism of Regular Meeting between Chinese Premier and Russian Prime Minister serves as an important platform to coordinate the planning for and guide the development of practical cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries. It plays a significant role in ensuring the high-level development of the China-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination under the new circumstances, expanding bilateral practical cooperation, and deepening people-to-people exchanges.

当前，在习近平主席和普京总统的战略引领下，中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系保持高水平发展，各领域合作不断深入。中方希望通过此次总理会晤，进一步加强两国发展战略对接，扩大和深化双方经贸、投资、能源、航空、航天、交通、农业、地方、人文等领域合作，拓展中小企业、远东开发、北极航道利用、数字经济等新领域合作，为促进两国共同发展注入新动力。
