Guangzhou is an international city with long history culture, has attracted many foreign friends to work and live here. There are a lot of people who have been settled here before the epidemic. Now, Guangzhou is facing a new round of challenges in epidemic prevention and control again.

do epidemic protection ?

Epidemic protection is borderless.

• Wear masks scientifically

• Wash your hands frequently

• Avoid crowded public places

• Open Windows for ventilation

• Keep safe social distancing

• Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or elbow when coughing or sneezing

• Strengthen physical exercise and develop healthy habits

Leaving GZ Policy

People in the low-risk areas need to hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate when leave Guangzhou. (It is recommended to check with destination community before leaving Guangzhou.)

High risk area to Guangzhou

People with a history of travel in high-risk areas within 7 days shall be quarantined for medical observation for 7 days in centralized isolation places. Nucleic acid tests shall be carried out on the 1,2,3,5 and 7 days. The period shall be calculated from the time when leave the high-risk areas.

Medium risk area to Guangzhou

People with a history of travel in medium risk areas within 7 days shall be quarantined for medical observation for 7 days at home.Nucleic acid tests shall be carried out on the 1,4 and 7 days. 

If the conditions for home isolation and medical observation are not available, please go to centralized isolation places for medical observation. The period shall be calculated from the time when leave the medium-risk area.

Low risk area to Guangzhou

People with a history of travel in low-risk areas within 7 days should complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days (with an interval of 24 hours). Before getting two negative nucleic acid results , should avoid going to crowded places, avoid taking public transportation as much as possible, do self-health monitoring, and seek medical advice in time if feel unwell. The period shall be calculated from the time when leave the low-risk area.
