A: The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is a very important meeting held during the decisive stage when China is securing a victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and at a critical moment as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The Congress adopted the resolution on the revised Constitution of the Communist Party of China, which enshrines Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
